Child Protection
During these challenging times, the safeguarding of all children at St. Bede CE Primary School continues to be a priority, whether they are at home or in attendance at school.
The following fundamental safeguarding principles remain the same:
Online Safety
Responding to the continuing situation where children are spending more time online, St Bede has carefully considered online safety integrating this throughout our planning and design of its teaching activities.
Please refer to our Remote Learning Policy and/or Remote Provision Action plan for further guidance.
Online safety concerns should still be reported to the school’s Online Safety Lead (David Metcalfe) as normal. Parents can do this by emailing the school admin office: stbedeoffice@st-bede.hants.sch.uk. Please could you include “Safeguarding Concern” in the subject title.
If parents have any safeguarding concerns that need discussing in person, they can contact the school and one of our Safeguarding Leads will get in touch.
